The built motifs(s) and/or relatively short segments can be viewed and graphicaly manipulated by Jmol applet (Jmol will be launched when viewing is requested). X,Y,Z Coordinates, in PDB format, can be received by e-mail. Users can save such coordinates and view the model(s) using utilities such as Rasmol.

This service can be used for both research and/or educational purposes.
